Monday-Thursday: In-person consultations for residential and commercial clients.
Friday-Sunday: In-person consultations for residential and commercial clients.
Daily: Remote consultations and troubleshooting via phone, Zoom, or remote desktop connection.
Holidays: On-site and remote technical consulting on holidays or during holiday hours.
Service and repairs that are conducted on computers or other devices off-site. No additional charges for pickup and dropoff.
Any client who wishes to procure equipment though Rieck Technical Consulting will be charged an additional $15.00/per unit purchased, in addition to the set unit price.
Cancellations lacking 24 hours notice will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee.
